Information about the new qualified trust service provider monobank | Universal Bank JSC has been entered into the Trusted List

The qualified trust service provider monobank | Universal Bank JSC has passed an international audit and received certificates of conformity confirming that the services provided by the QTSP comply with the requirements of national legislation and eIDAS.

The QTSP publishes on its official website:

• public key certificates of the certification authority;
• qualified public key certificates of the QTSP;
• qualified public key certificates of the QTSP's customers;
• full and partial CRLs.

Trust services

List of qualified trust services provided by the QTSP:

• creation, verification and validation of a qualified electronic signature or seal;
• issuance, verification and validation of a qualified electronic signature or seal certificate;
• issuance, verification and validation of a qualified electronic time stamp.

Information on qualified electronic signature or seal creation devices

To provide qualified trust services, the Provider uses qualified electronic signature (hereinafter, QES) tools that have received a positive expert opinion following their state examination in the field of cryptographic information protection.

QES tools may be provided by the Provider as hardware and software tools, standalone software applications or software modules (crypto libraries) operating as part of other software applications, or as access to part of the resource of a qualified electronic signature or seal tool located at the Provider that stores multiple private keys of qualified electronic signatures or seals (for example, a network cryptographic module).

Restrictions on the use of certificates issued by the QTSP

The Provider has the right to determine the areas of use and to set restrictions on the use of the qualified public key certificates it issues to Customers and seal creators. Restrictions on the use of qualified public key certificates issued by the Provider apply in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Restrictions on the use of qualified public key certificates issued by the QTSP are specified in the Regulations.
